About the role

  • Support and execute periodic close processes, including quarter-end and year-end reporting requirements.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank accounts.
  • Identify and resolve reconciling items on a timely basis.
  • Ensure accurate expense classification, coding and receipt management by maintaining controls over corporate credit card activity.
  • Oversee accounts payable and reconciliation to vendor statements, including the preparation and submission of annual tax forms to all qualified vendors.
  • Gain exposure to budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting by collaborating with the rest of the Finance team and department leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 3 - 5 years of professional accounting experience.
  • Strong MS Excel skills and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Ability to operate in a high growth environment with multiple entities, international operations and increasing revenues.
