About the role
- Meet and exceed assigned software quota.
- Create a comprehensive territory plan to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospects and position our software solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Lead contract negotiations and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on prospect needs and market insights.
- Work with the assigned BDR and develop an outbound sales strategy for the territory.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in SFDC; consistently forecast business, quarter over quarter.
- Actively travel within your assigned territory.
- Attend sales meetings, trade shows and other industry events.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of success in B2B software sales, with a focus on exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the software industry, including SaaS and enterprise solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within client organizations.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Sales experience in midsize law firm space a plus.
