About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sells product solutions to prospective clients to help achieve organizational performance and financial objectives.
- Follows up on new leads to conduct meetings and utilize the virtual presentation in order to maximize the prospects client experience.
- Analyzes the customer needs and interests, determines which products are appropriate and referring to appropriate division when necessary.
- Maintain availability for transferred calls through SurePayroll sales line to maximize connection rate and optimize prospective client’s experience.
- Assisting customer in submitting accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management to assist with forecasting.
- Achieve technical, competitive and sales skill knowledge. Competency is measured by the successful attainment of objectives and performance within SurePayroll.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Projecting a positive image in representing SurePayroll to clients and the community.
Requirements
