About the role
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-country engineering organization
- Design and manage a multi-level management structure
- Own and scale our hiring engine

- Drive technical and architectural alignment across teams
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience leading multi-layered engineering organizations
- Success in managing distributed engineering teams
- Deep experience with global engineering hubs in India and LATAM
- Extensive experience in enterprise software development
- Strong foundation in modern SaaS architecture (AWS, TypeScript, React)
- Ability to align engineering priorities with business goals
- Exceptional communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
