About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to the offer stage.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
Partner with clients to define hiring needs and build effective pipelines.
Ensure SLAs are met for speed and quality of hires.
Use Workable to track candidates and streamline recruitment.
Set up and manage ATS automations to improve efficiency.
Provide an excellent candidate experience and maintain strong relationships.
Collaborate with US-based clients and internal teams to align hiring strategies.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and organization, optimizing overall operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of agency recruitment experience, ideally in tech or high-volume hiring.
Previous experience recruiting for US or English-speaking companies.
Fluent English (spoken & written) – must be comfortable communicating with US clients.
Strong track record of hitting SLAs and delivering quality hires.
Experience sourcing technical talent (developers, engineers, designers, etc.).
Proficiency in Workable or similar ATS and experience setting up automations.
Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a start up or small team is preferred.
Experience managing a team is a plus.
