Sales Account Executive
Sur GlobalAccount Executive responsible for managing leads and closing deals. Building trusted relationships with small business owners in SaaS environments.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing inbound leads and moving opportunities through the full sales pipeline.
- Contacting new leads quickly and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs and operational challenges.
- Delivering product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of the platform.
- Qualifying prospects to determine whether they are a strong fit for the solution.
- Closing deals and converting qualified prospects into paying customers.
- Maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and deal tracking in the CRM.
- Collaborating with leadership and team members to improve the sales process and support company growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- C1 English or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a closing role in sales, preferably in SaaS or software environments.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals independently.
- Experience selling contracts with AOV between $2,000–$30,000.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with customers.
- Ability to conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM tools to manage leads and opportunities.
- A self-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline and motivation to close deals.
- Bonus if you have experience selling into field service, home services, or similar industries.

- Compensation: $2,000 to $3,000 USD monthly base + commission.
- PTO: 10 days paid vacation + local holidays + 2 sick days
