Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent English communication skills at least C1 level
- Experience in a technical support role
- Experience with VPS setup and management
- Strong understanding of Windows Server administration
- Familiarity with TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude
- Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM
- Stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload
- CRM systems expertise is a plus
