About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate projects and provide day-to-day operational support across campaigns
Handle creator outreach, coordinate back-and-forth logistics, and negotiate rates and deliverables at scale
Manage the creator pipeline across outreach, negotiation, contracts, content, and payments
Follow up proactively to keep creator pipeline information up to date
Review and approve creator content drafts against brand and campaign guidelines
Send and track creator agreements
Process payments on schedule
Maintain stakeholder reporting on creator status, output, spend, and performance
Flag disputes or at-risk relationships to the internal team with clear context
Follow internal procedures and SOPs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent English language skills at least C1 level in speaking and writing
Experience with Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear, Slack, and TikTok
Ability to learn new tools quickly
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously
Experience building and maintaining tracking systems and reporting dashboards
Ability to independently manage routine negotiations and approvals and know when to escalate
Availability to handle time-sensitive creator communications as needed
Proven ability to deliver tasks reliably and on schedule
Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude
Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM
Stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload
