About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, refine, and maintain core features across the full stack;
Develop and optimize both company's main application and internal Admin Interfaces;
Implement high-fidelity UI/UX;
Cooperate closely with Product Managers and Designers;
Collaborate closely with an additional developer and the QA team;
Design and maintain significant, sensitive, and secure back-end logic;
Take responsibility for maintaining and updating the company’s marketing website;
Leverage AI tools effectively.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer,
Deep, significant experience with React (experience with Next.js is a plus);
Significant and hands-on experience with Python and Java;
Fluent English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI with a sharp eye for detail;
Practical experience with WordPress maintenance and customization;
Excellent team player with a proven track record of working effectively alongside other developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders;
Growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, deliver results efficiently, and leverage AI-powered tools to maximize productivity.
