About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ecxellent Spanish and English communication skills (at least C1 for both speaking and writing);
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support role;
  • Experience with CRM systems;
  • Basic MS Office profieciency;
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills;
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
