Back-office Social Media Specialist, Fluent German, English

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate projects and provide day-to-day operational support across campaigns;
- Manage creative briefings and coordinate timelines with our agency to ensure all assets are delivered on time;
- Upload and manage creative assets in Meta;
- Follow internal procedures and SOPs;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution;
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security;
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;
- Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI;
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent German and English language skills (at least C1 level for both speaking and writing);
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills;
- Proven ability to deliver tasks reliably and on schedule;
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
