About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate projects and provide day-to-day operational support across campaigns;
Manage creative briefings and coordinate timelines with our agency to ensure all assets are delivered on time;
Upload and manage creative assets in Meta;
Follow internal procedures and SOPs;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution;
Handle sensitive customer data with care and security;
Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;
Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI;
Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent German and English language skills (at least C1 level for both speaking and writing);
Strong analytical thinking and research skills;
Proven ability to deliver tasks reliably and on schedule;
Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
