Back-office Social Media Manager, Fluent German & English

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate projects and provide day-to-day operational support across campaigns
- Manage creative briefings and coordinate timelines with our agency to ensure all assets are delivered on time
- Upload and manage creative assets in Meta
- Follow internal procedures and SOPs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent German and English language skills (at least C1 level for both speaking and writing)
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Proven ability to deliver tasks reliably and on schedule
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
