Customer Support Consultant, English C1
SupportYourAppCustomer Support Consultant delivering outstanding support for global clients in a multicultural setting. Collaborating with teams to solve customer issues and enhance satisfaction.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver outstanding customer support via calls, chats and emails;
- Answer questions and help resolve customer issues, as well as keeping customers updated and ensure they receive timely responses;
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team when needed;
- Assist with basic UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities when required;
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships;
- Keep up with evolving tools and technology;
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security;
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;
- Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI;
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent English communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written);
- At least 6 months experience in customer support is a must;
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to help others;
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities while maintaining attention to detail;
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload;
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment;
- Tech-savvy, able to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues;
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
