Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent English communication skills (at C1 level or higher)
6+ months of experience in a gaming support role
Strong knowledge and passion for role-playing games (RPGs), mobile games, and streaming platforms is a must
Experience providing support via chats and emails in English is a must
CRM systems expertise
Strong analytical thinking and research skills
Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
