About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and customer-related issues efficiently
  • Provide direct customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels
  • Manage the full lifecycle of escalated support tickets, from initial assessment through resolution and follow-up
  • Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely escalation and resolution of complex issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level for both speaking and writing)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, technologies, and processes quickly
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with modern digital tools and platforms
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
