About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver outstanding technical support via emails and chats

Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
- Experience in a technical support role
- Experience with VPS setup and management
- Strong understanding of Windows Server administration
- Familiarity with trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
