About the role

  • Manage large-scale BPO implementation projects
  • Work closely with clients to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and clients
  • Identify potential risks and issues early in the process
  • Continuously assess and improve implementation methodologies
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Provide regular updates to internal leadership on project progress
  • Lead, guide, and mentor junior implementation managers and project coordinators

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
  • At least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity, ideally within a BPO or outsourcing environment
  • Strong understanding of BPO operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (e.g., Prince2, Scrum Master)
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Strong understanding of project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana)
