About the role
- Manage large-scale BPO implementation projects
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and clients
- Identify potential risks and issues early in the process
- Continuously assess and improve implementation methodologies and strategies
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates
- Lead, guide, and mentor junior implementation managers and project coordinators
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
- At least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity
- Strong understanding of BPO operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced project management skills
- Certifications (Preferred but Not Required): Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Strong understanding of project management software
