About the role

  • Manage large-scale BPO implementation projects
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and clients
  • Identify potential risks and issues early in the process
  • Continuously assess and improve implementation methodologies and strategies
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates
  • Lead, guide, and mentor junior implementation managers and project coordinators

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
  • At least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity
  • Strong understanding of BPO operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Certifications (Preferred but Not Required): Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Strong understanding of project management software
