About the role
- Manage day-to-day HR queries with professionalism and warmth
- Prepare contracts, letters, salary changes, and policy docs
- Ensure compliance across our operating regions with guidance from the HR Manager & COO
- Own onboarding tasks (background checks, documentation, system setups)
- Support with probation reviews, performance cycles, and exit processes
- Track and maintain accurate records across absence, leave, benefits, and bonuses
- Provide flawless support to employees and managers across multiple time zones
- Support global HR initiatives (new policies, HRIS automation, templates)
- Assist with reporting and metrics (headcount, turnover, sickness, hiring)
- Contribute to culture, wellbeing, and people initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration/coordination (in-house or shared service)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and UK employment basics
- High attention to detail – accuracy matters here
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with absolute integrity
- A proactive, organised, positive personality
