About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a product squad
- Deliver solutions aligning customer needs, business goals, and technical capabilities
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Fulfillment Center, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead discovery, prioritization, and execution while balancing technical initiatives with business priorities
- Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions, vendor partnerships, and enterprise technology investments
- Oversee delivery of custom solutions, SaaS platforms, and complex system integrations
- Provide strategic vision and leadership for large, complex initiatives and resolve escalated cross-functional challenges
- Translate warehouse and logistics workflows into product requirements
- Set strategic goals, define experience architecture and desired outcomes across user journeys, and adapt plans as needs change
- Identify and prioritize AI and machine learning opportunities
- Own product backlogs, requirements, and user stories across multiple projects
- Build JIRA product documentation and run scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and sprint review
- Lead UAT planning and execution and approve testing and implementation
- Establish KPIs, A/B testing and staged rollout plans, performance monitoring, and post-launch analysis
- Communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders and mentor junior product managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 7+ years of product experience
- Track record of independently leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives end to end
- Experience defining and running A/B tests and experimentation, such as Amplitude
- Experience establishing project KPIs and performance monitoring plans
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence, or equivalent tools, for documentation and scrum ceremonies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and sound judgment on complex, ambiguous, and escalated decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating complex insights to and influencing senior stakeholders across departments
- Ability to multitask, reprioritize, and actively manage project timelines and deliverables
- Exposure to applying AI/machine learning to commerce use cases
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis; no work visa sponsorship
