About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high-level support to our CEO and C-suite team
  • Ensure seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications
  • Play a pivotal role in maintaining executive focus and organizational flow
  • Manage sensitive information and facilitate key events and initiatives
  • Keep the CEO apprised of time-sensitive and priority issues
  • Complete a variety of special projects, including preparing presentations, reports, and agenda materials
  • Respond to and help prioritize meeting invitations, phone calls, messages, and other information flowing to the executive(s)
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports for C-suite members
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO and other C-suite members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
  • A minimum of ​5 years of experience supporting a senior executive or team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and comfortable with collaboration tools like Slack or Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Strong time-management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional organization skills, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities and maintaining focus under pressure
  • Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who is resourceful and adept at solving problems
  • Collaborative team player with a friendly demeanor, capable of building productive working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Energetic, adaptable, and eager to tackle new challenges, projects, and ideas.
