Product Manager

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for new or evolving products - from discovery and validation to launch and growth.
• Conduct deep user and market research to identify high-impact opportunities and validate problem-solution fit.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to Supplier.io’s growth and innovation goals.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver valuable, feasible, and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to design effective positioning, pricing strategies, and GTM plans.
• Define and monitor key success metrics, using data to inform prioritization and product iteration.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and a champion for innovation across the organization.

• Build business cases for new products and revenue streams, including market sizing and differentiation strategies.

DevOps Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible to provision and manage environments consistently
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure consistency across development, staging, and production environments, leveraging containers and Kubernetes
• Partner with CloudOps, AI, Data, and Platform Engineering to design and maintain resilient, scalable infrastructure that supports application, AI, and data delivery
