About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage water, fire, storm, mold, and reconstruction projects from inspection through completion
- Scope losses, document damage, and build accurate estimates using Xactimate
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and schedules to keep jobs on time and on budget
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, and insurance carriers
- Explain next steps and honest timelines to clients
- Handle insurance documentation and claim coordination on the client's behalf
- Ensure work meets IICRC standards, safety requirements, and Blackridge's quality expectations
- Monitor job costs, margins, and progress
- Resolve issues in the field before they escalate
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior restoration industry experience is required — hands-on knowledge of mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction workflows
- Proven project management experience running multiple restoration jobs simultaneously
- Proficiency in Xactimate and strong estimating/documentation skills
- Working knowledge of the insurance claims process and adjuster relationships
- IICRC certification(s) strongly preferred (WRT, ASD, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; calm under pressure
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 emergency response
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
