Manage and optimize daily paid media budgets and campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and other channels to hit CAC and ROAS targets
Lead expansion into new ad channels (TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, etc.) and test new strategies (video ads, influencer and affiliate marketing) to diversify our acquisition mix
Develop AI-powered creative testing frameworks in collaboration with designers and copywriters to continuously improve ad performance
Build and refine audience segments, bidding strategies, and attribution models to improve efficiency across the funnel
Own the performance marketing budget, allocating resources across channels based on incrementality and strategic priorities
Run in-depth analyses on website/app engagement, conversion funnel performance, and A/B test performance for paid ads traffic to better understand opportunities for improvement
Report on performance to leadership with clear insights and recommendations for optimization
Stay current on platform updates , industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
Requirements
4-7+ years of performance marketing/paid media experience at high-growth companies with particular expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Proven track record of scaling high-volume paid channels (via both web and mobile app-based products) while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics
Strong design and copywriting sense and ability to develop effective creative strategies alongside Content and Product team members
In-depth analytical skills with experience using top analytics and A/B testing platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)
Prior experience using AI for creative experimentation, campaign analysis, and marketing automation
Experience with creator/influencer-driven marketing strategies on channels like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Excellent communicator who thrives in a fully remote, highly collaborative team. B2C, SaaS/subscription, EdTech, or related experience is highly preferred.
