Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise financial software/fintech sales
  • Strong network across banks, MFIs, payments companies, and fintechs
  • Experience navigating enterprise/consultative selling
  • Deep knowledge of the African financial landscape
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry
  • Sufficent technical understanding to grasp platform capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
