About the role
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Africa region
- Develop and execute a localized go-to-market strategy for Africa
- Spearhead coordination with enterprise accounts and internal teams
- Translate client needs into actionable tasks and deliverables
- Gather client needs and market intelligence to inform decisions
- Monitor and report on sales pipelines and enterprise account performance
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise financial software/fintech sales
- Strong network across banks, MFIs, payments companies, and fintechs
- Experience navigating enterprise/consultative selling
- Deep knowledge of the African financial landscape
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry
- Sufficent technical understanding to grasp platform capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
