- Strong network across banks, MFIs, payments companies, and fintechs
- Experience navigating complex consultative sales cycles
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products
- Deep knowledge of the Qatari, Kuwaiti, and Omani financial landscapes
- Analytical mindset with effective solution proposing abilities
- Sufficient technical understanding of the platform capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with strong ownership and urgency
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
