About the role

  • Ask the right questions to uncover individual needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Be the friendly face that customers trust.
  • Use your communication skills to effectively close sales and meet customer needs.
  • Introduce and sell our range of products and services to prospective customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on schedule.
  • Keep up-to-date on the products and services we offer.
  • Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
  • Take on other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required
  • Minimum Age: 18 years old
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include days, evening, weekends and holidays
