About the role
- Execute opening and closing duties following designated procedures
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, and company policies
- Manage and coach team to drive company initiatives and exceed KPIs
- Monitor and manage Quality Control factors, including customer experience, product & service standards, scheduling, and labor cost control based on historical performance and seasonality
- Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers by enforcing safety procedures
- Provide friendly, professional service to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized property at all times
- Learn and implement the company’s coaching and training model
- Communicate effectively with employees, customers, peers, and management at all levels
- Motivate employees to perform job tasks efficiently and effectively
- Contribute to team success by completing related tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of supervisory experience leading teams
- Ability to transfer to other locations within the designated district
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
