About the role
- Ask the right questions to uncover individual needs and provide personalized solutions
- Be the friendly face that customers trust
- Use your communication skills to effectively close sales and meet customer needs
- Introduce and sell our range of products and services to prospective customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets on schedule
- Keep up-to-date on the products and services we offer
- Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers
- Take on other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required
- Minimum age of 18 required
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions
