Support Marketing Program Managers in the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and other promotional activities.
Compile data and assist in creating monthly reports to track the performance and results of various marketing programs.
Manage and maintain organized digital asset libraries and sales collateral on our SharePoint platforms.
Create, manage, and track marketing tasks and project tickets using Jira to ensure timely execution of requests (e.g., flyers, emails, promos).
Monitor and manage dedicated program email inboxes, serving as a primary resource for inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a key point of contact for the sales team, providing support and answering tactical questions related to active marketing programs.
Perform administrative tasks in our rewards portal, CRM, and business intelligence tools (QlikSense) as required.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role such as Marketing Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Sales Support, or Administrative Assistant.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data manipulation) and Word.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy, thoroughness, and data quality.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and learn new computer software and internal systems quickly.
Preferred Qualifications: An Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) or a CRM platform.
Direct experience supporting customer loyalty or rewards programs.
