Online Investigation Assistant – Content Moderation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Qualifies an object of a data set as irrelevant or valid and is within the scope of the parameters
- Provides evidence through screenshots and other information based on the guidelines provided
- Make sure that data accuracy is maintained and is above 90%
Requirements
What you’ll need- ATLEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A CONTENT MODERATOR
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Has experience in back-office / data entry work
- Has experience in repetitive work
- Has experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of databases
- At least one year experience as a Content Moderator
