About the role
- Own end-to-end delivery of flagship AI initiatives, including high-volume creative workflows with distributed teams of 200+ specialists.
- Help enterprise clients assess and redesign their creative supply chains using AI, automation, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Monitor throughput, time-per-task, and quality metrics, and rapidly adjust capacity or workflows to meet changing client needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, managing expectations, roadmaps, and performance reviews.
- Translate complex requirements into repeatable, scalable internal processes and delivery models.
- Use insights from high-volume programs to inform Superside’s broader AI consulting playbooks and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience combining consulting and operations, managing complex delivery while maintaining a strong client-facing perspective.
- Track record leading large, distributed teams or high-frequency delivery environments.
- Strong technical and creative fluency, comfortable discussing AI systems, automation, and modern creative workflows.
- Data-driven mindset, able to diagnose operational issues through metrics and dashboards.
- Ability to switch quickly between strategic conversations and hands-on problem solving.
- Clear, structured communication skills, translating ambiguity into executable plans for diverse stakeholders.
