Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, with ability to present and articulate creative concepts effectively.
- 6+ years of experience as a creative lead or similar, leading multidisciplinary teams in top-tier creative agencies or in-house global tech companies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and ad creative, with some evidence of AI-enhanced work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
- Experience with Generative AI tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly) and integrating them into workflows.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, balancing creative quality with operational efficiency.
- Bias for action, proactive, customer-centric, and execution-driven mindset.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills for globally distributed teams.
- High degree of adaptability, curiosity, and forward-thinking with passion for AI-driven creativity.
