About the role
- Mentor, coach, and support CPMs to enhance their skills and ensure alignment with company values
- Use data-driven insights to track individual and team progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure even workload distribution, prevent burnout, and proactively plan for PTO coverage
- Set clear performance expectations, provide constructive feedback, and ensure continuous learning opportunities for CPMs
- Guide the team through organizational updates, new processes, and strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions
- Monitor utilization rates, AI adoption, customer satisfaction, and service level adherence to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and maintaining high creative standards
- Address potential project issues before they escalate, ensuring minimal disruptions to deadlines or quality
- Build trust with clients, communicate effectively, and balance customer satisfaction with internal resource management
- Work closely with Account Executives (AEs), Creative Leads (CLs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to align on business objectives
- Keep a high-level view of all ongoing projects, ensuring operational efficiency and identifying areas for improvement
- Provide hands-on support, oversee critical project milestones, and remove roadblocks for the team
- Encourage and implement AI-driven solutions where applicable, ensuring increased efficiency without compromising quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a creative or agency environment
- 2+ years of leadership or people management experience
- Strong knowledge of AI, automation tools, and workflow optimization
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage high-priority customers and escalations
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
