About the role
- Own integration projects end-to-end
- Work closely with clients to analyze existing systems
- Lead requirement gathering calls with clients
- Design 'To-Be' workflows and integration flows
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers
- Write functional specifications and guide UAT testing
- Deliver training to users and support change management
- Keep projects on track with Project Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Integration Analyst, or Functional Consultant
- Hands-on experience working with REST APIs
- Familiarity with integration tools like Postman, Zapier, Boomi etc.
- Experience working with ERP or logistics platforms (SAP, TMS, etc.)
- Willingness to travel to client sites when needed
