About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the full New Product Introduction (NPI) process for the liquid cooling portfolio from concept through commercialization
- Manage new product development schedules, production planning, and resource coordination
- Oversee infrastructure design, pump skids, and system architecture for high-density datacenter deployments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners for product validation, optimization, and quality assurance
- Support major customer deployments with technical project management and onsite arrangement
- Track project progress, risks, budgets, and timelines and provide regular stakeholder reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field
- PMP certification preferred
- Proven experience managing hardware/product development projects, preferably in liquid cooling, thermal management, or datacenter infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of NPI processes, production planning, and onsite deployment coordination
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with major hyperscale customers and datacenter cooling solutions is a strong plus
