About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and manage product development with cross-functional teams
Conduct technical research
Contribute to product architecture and definition
Support product marketing
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
Draft technical marketing presentations and white papers with product managers and system engineers
Research new technologies and products to propose new Proofs of Concept
Work with Sales, Field Applications Engineering, and customers to provide networking solutions and technical knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 8 years of system engineering experience
Familiarity with latest data center technologies and Supermicro embedded products
Knowledge of GPU systems preferred
Familiarity with server architecture, including CPU, GPU, Memory, Serdes, Switch, NIC, Storage and PCIe
Knowledge of OS concepts and distributed computing a plus
Experience in Program Management of large-scale AI system products from engagement, architecture, NPI, EVT, DVT, PVT to deployment and fleet sustainment
Knowledge of configuring Ubuntu, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Windows Server
Basic experience in Linux Shell, C, and Python scripting
Knowledge of server hardware management, including BMC, BIOS, and OOB management
Strong technical writing and communication skills
Knowledge of server systems, PC systems, and computer peripherals highly desired
Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
Creative thinking to develop new strategies and solutions
Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
