About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide remote support in Denmark, combining dedicated support and helpdesk support
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems on Supermicro equipment in enterprise environments, both on-site and remotely
Lead preventive maintenance actions and manage repair/parts cycle times to meet service level agreements
Manage escalations quickly and professionally
Provide second-line support to resellers and distributors
Collaborate with Technical Account, Service, and Product Managers to define service programs
Provide fault triage and training materials
Run tests and simulations at the company facility
Travel to customer sites to train personnel and resolve customer issues
Train new service engineers
Own and manage the customer base under Technical Account Manager direction
Research, implement, and escalate solutions for unresolved problems
Manage service tickets through the SMC Service Portal
Deploy and maintain servers and GPU systems, networking, cable management, and firmware/BIOS configuration
Generate and present quality reports

Experience required in similar role
English skill needs to be business level or above
Driving license
Able to work physically (installing servers and replacing parts may require you to physically lift items)
Able to work at customer location
Good problem solving skills
