About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Capture schematics, check layouts, create BOMs, debug, and test server board/add-on card products
  • Modify and enhance existing designs to improve server motherboard quality
  • Collaborate with engineering and other teams to identify and resolve engineering issues early
  • Prepare technical documentation, including product specifications, layout instructions, and test procedures
  • Ensure products conform to engineering specifications, regulations, and customer expectations
  • Transfer products to manufacturing with clear documentation and provide technical support for product problems
  • Provide documentation and technical support to contract manufacturers and production during sample and production stages
  • Mentor young engineers on the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred
  • Master's degree strongly desirable
  • Minimum 8 years of experience working with ARM server boards is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of digital, analog, and power circuit design
  • Knowledge of PCB layout
  • Prior experience with motherboard design in AI GPU servers strongly desired
  • Strong communication, written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-motivated team player able to work in a fast-paced environment
