About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Capture schematics, check layouts, create BOMs, debug, and test server board/add-on card products
Modify and enhance existing designs to improve server motherboard quality
Collaborate with engineering and other teams to identify and resolve engineering issues early
Prepare technical documentation, including product specifications, layout instructions, and test procedures
Ensure products conform to engineering specifications, regulations, and customer expectations
Transfer products to manufacturing with clear documentation and provide technical support for product problems
Provide documentation and technical support to contract manufacturers and production during sample and production stages
Mentor young engineers on the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred
Master's degree strongly desirable
Minimum 8 years of experience working with ARM server boards is a plus
In-depth knowledge of digital, analog, and power circuit design
Knowledge of PCB layout
Prior experience with motherboard design in AI GPU servers strongly desired
Strong communication, written, oral, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities
Self-motivated team player able to work in a fast-paced environment
