About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead sales, FAE, and product teams in designing and engineering IoT, Edge Computing, IPC, Embedded, and 5G solution proposals for enterprise customer decisions, RFIs, and RFPs
Lead engineering, service, and technical support organizations to resolve customer issues and ensure operational excellence in post-sales system and technology deployments
Design and define next-generation server system architecture and work with product managers on product development cycles and customer delivery
Partner with sales and marketing teams to maintain a competitive product roadmap
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to incorporate client expectations and requirements into new platforms
Ensure overall customer satisfaction and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
MBA highly preferable
At least 3 years of experience in business development or promoting embedded solutions, IPC, or server/computer hardware products
Strong familiarity with embedded systems based on 2.5" SBC, 3.5" SBC, MiniITX, uATX, ATX, and e-ATX motherboard solutions for embedded applications
Prior experience working with tier 1 and/or tier 2 OEMs
Broad experience across product management, product marketing, sales, and business development roles
Solid verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with C-level clients
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and marketing skills
Strong executive presence with a track record of winning mid-to-large clients or business
