Key responsibilities & impact

Tune-up, design or re-engineer business operation processes to improve work efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization
Use statistical methods and conduct business data analysis to provide intelligence and proposals supporting management decision-making
Drive KPI indices for clear measurements of success and efficient improvements on weaknesses
Bridge IT and general users for business-operation-related requests by confirming requirements, writing specifications, and performing user validation tests
Interface with assigned customers to identify improvement opportunities through daily operations, demand planning, fulfillment processes, and key performance metrics
Improve overall business operation efficiency and process/resource optimization
Support customer satisfaction through operational improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Major degree in SCM, Operation, Business, or IE-related business discipline preferred
At least 10 years of experience in operation processes including forecasting, material planning, purchasing, production scheduling, and/or order fulfillment
Hands-on experience and know-how with a major ERP system preferred
Experience and knowledge of PC or server hardware required
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Effective project management and presentation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well with all organizational levels
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
