Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor production quality and co-work with cross function team for the best products quality improvement
- Create, collect, and manage internal/external quality data for further analysis and process standardization
- Create and maintain standard procedures from the best quality point of view
- Monitor solution implementation and preventative mechanisms
- Communicate directly with customers and cross-function teams to provide quality service
- Control product quality at field sites and collaborate with the worldwide quality team on feedback and quality improvement
- Manage the team to optimize product quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS degree or above
- QC methods and experience with quality assurance and issue analysis
- Good communication skills and teamwork
