About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee daily production activities across multiple lines to meet aggressive output targets for AI GPU servers.
  • Implement Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) to maximize resource utilization.
  • Drive initiatives to achieve industry-leading First Pass Yield (FPY).
  • Lead root-cause analysis for production bottlenecks or technical failures in high-complexity AI systems.
  • Supervise the specialized testing environments required for AI servers, including high-wattage burn-in processes and liquid cooling leak testing.
  • Lead the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and AI-driven predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance shop floor transparency.
  • Manage production budgets effectively, focusing on reducing scrap rates, optimizing labor costs, and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate non-value-added activities.
  • Ensure the production environment complies with rigorous safety standards, particularly regarding the handling of heavy rack movements and high-voltage power testing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 12+ years of experience in high-tech electronics manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale production facilities.
  • Direct experience with AI Server L10/L11 production and a deep understanding of the complexity of GPU-based hardware.
  • Proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, ERP/MES systems, and familiar with the manufacturing requirements for advanced thermal solutions (Liquid Cooling).
  • Proven ability to manage large labor forces (including direct and indirect staff) and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills in both local language and English to effectively bridge communication between the shop floor and executive leadership.
