About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to quality standards
  • Manage storage area organization, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Conduct monthly physical inventory counts, reconcile variances, and maintain accurate data records
  • Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity goals, while ensuring compliance with safety procedures
  • Receive, stack, and store materials/products according to warehouse guidelines, including handling high-value parts
  • Coordinate load and unload operations for company trucks with shipping team
  • Manage all inventory in/out of rack facilities, including developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for all first-article server rack customer projects
  • Coordinate with all relevant parties to transfer material to/from the warehouse
  • Work closely with project management on customer shipment scheduling, ensuring all transactions are completed within the expected timeframe
  • Track, sort, and secure customer parts by project
  • Serve as the primary resource for year-end inventory
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards 9001, 13485, 14001
  • Coordinate with the purchasing team for materials and track their Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
  • Manage team members and oversee their tasks related to material handling; if necessary, recruit and train additional team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum High School Degree is preferred, BIS degree is a major plus
  • Minimum 2+ year of experiences in computer systems and rack systems is preferred
  • Working experience in Warehouse inventory preferred
  • Knowledge of cycle count materials
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to pay attention to detail and acquire superior organizational skill
  • Flexible and positive attitude, ability to perform under pressure
  • Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working independently and with other team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills
