About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned validation projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, track, and maintain project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Evaluate and review product requests for system compatibility testing eligibility
Drive cross-functional communication, ensuring effective task execution and weekly project status tracking and reporting
Partner with engineering and validation teams to develop and maintain the Qualified Component List (QCL) throughout product development stages
Lead regular meetings with internal database development teams to review and drive usability and feature enhancements
Work with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize software tools
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of server products, validation processes, and emerging technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
2+ years of project management experience
1+ year of experience in the server or computer hardware industry preferred
Familiarity with product development and validation lifecycles
Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile and/or Waterfall)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Proven problem-solving ability with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Proficiency in presentation and spreadsheet tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)
Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
