Key responsibilities & impact

Support and coordinate GPU-related operations across RMA, Service, Repair, Technical Support, and Production teams
Streamline data collection and accelerate RMA decisions
Improve documentation quality and strengthen cross-team and vendor coordination
Assist with new GPU platform bring-up, lab readiness, and test SOP development and updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant industry experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
Familiarity with GPU hardware and command-line interface skills (Linux CLI preferred)
Ability to read and interpret GPU and system logs
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Experience with RMA workflows, test documentation, or hardware operations is a plus
Knowledge of NVIDIA and AMD GPUs and related testing tools is preferred
Experience with Python or automation tools is an advantage
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
