Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience; MBA strongly preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in the hardware or enterprise solutions space, with a significant portion focused on data center power infrastructure.
Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in a business development or strategic sales role.
Strong understanding of the data center power chain.
Familiarity with trends in AI-driven power density and sustainability mandates.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
