About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide advanced technical support for complex enterprise environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority issues related to high-end server, storage system, virtualization, networking, and GPU infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts
  • Provide escalation management and root-cause analysis for customer incidents
  • Collaborate with customers, field engineers and internal R&D teams
  • Mentor junior support engineers and contribute to training materials
  • Maintain professional support etiquette in all customer interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in EE or CS
  • 8+ years of hands-on technical support or engineering experience in enterprise server/storage environments
  • Proven expertise with high-end servers, enterprise storage, and related hardware troubleshooting
  • Strong experience in Linux administration, Windows Server administration, VMware, and enterprise networking
  • Proficiency in scripting, Python and Batch/PowerShell
  • Deep understanding of server hardware components and monitoring tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and perform effectively during incidents
  • Natural mentoring mindset and enthusiasm for adopting new technologies
