Senior Director, Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Sales to achieve our business objectives.
- Continue developing the current key accounts in country and acquire new ones.
- Open direct accounts or route deals through the channel.
- Responsible for Enterprise and large SI/VARs development in France.
- Able to drive projects to success throughout the complete Sales cycle.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Develop relationships with Supermicro technology partners when needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Strong Sales skills (will do local background check).
- 10+ years of Sales experience and large deals management.
- Proven management skills as will be in charge of a team in one of the largest markets in EMEA.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs.
- Flexibility in work schedule.
- Must be a self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and eager to grow with the company.
- Must have the ability to work from a remote home-office.
