Sales Support Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist Sr. Sales team in managing customer orders.
- Liaison across different functions, provide product information to clients.
- Responsible for sales account maintenance, provide technical and administrative product information.
- Perform daily sales order processing and data entry.
- Monitor inventory, follow up ETA with purchasers.
- Enter, monitor, and communicate directly with clients regarding status of their orders.
- Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects.
- Produce daily reports for clients.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma required, AA degree preferred.
- 3-5 years’ tech industry experience preferred.
- Experience in data entry, scheduling production and tracking orders.
- Possesses strong professional communication skills including: phone, written/e-mail and presentation.
- Experience in customer service and dealing with clients directly, must have problem solving skills.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs.
- Must possess strong computer skills with word and excel.
- Organizational skills a must.
