About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist Sr. Sales team in managing customer orders.
  • Liaison across different functions, provide product information to clients.
  • Responsible for sales account maintenance, provide technical and administrative product information.
  • Perform daily sales order processing and data entry.
  • Monitor inventory, follow up ETA with purchasers.
  • Enter, monitor, and communicate directly with clients regarding status of their orders.
  • Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects.
  • Produce daily reports for clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma required, AA degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ tech industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in data entry, scheduling production and tracking orders.
  • Possesses strong professional communication skills including: phone, written/e-mail and presentation.
  • Experience in customer service and dealing with clients directly, must have problem solving skills.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs.
  • Must possess strong computer skills with word and excel.
  • Organizational skills a must.
